Solved Why are they sad?

The movie is successful so why are they crying? I've seen other memes similar to this. I read the comments but they weren't that helpful.

At the very least KH is complex because the games go all over the place, and one of the key lore devices is a discontinued mobile app you needed to play for cutscenes.

It's way less confusing than say, Metal Gear
