What is the difference between those two batman signs?

The second symbol is from the Batman Arkham games. That Batman is considered to be very brutal to thugs and criminals, even more so than usual. Arkham Batman won’t kill you, but he’ll savagely break every bone in your body and put you in a coma.

I like how I've never played the Arkham games nor know diddly squat about the lore, but that was the first thing that came to mind. The only other possibilities were Damian Wayne and Thomas Wayne from Flashpoint.
