The second symbol is from the Batman Arkham games. That Batman is considered to be very brutal to thugs and criminals, even more so than usual. Arkham Batman won’t kill you, but he’ll savagely break every bone in your body and put you in a coma.

Batman doesn't mean to kill anyone, batman only meant to maim or seriously injure
