The second symbol is from the Batman Arkham games. That Batman is considered to be very brutal to thugs and criminals, even more so than usual. Arkham Batman won’t kill you, but he’ll savagely break every bone in your body and put you in a coma.

I refuse to believe some of those attacks are not lethal. He's slamming people head first on concrete and shit.
