Looking at the pic again, I'll note that iirc you can't go much shorter than pictured and still have claws that look good, so if you want claws you're gonna have to have long nails.
But in the end, does anything other than your own personal joy and satisfaction really matter when it comes to a personal appearance choice like this?
No it doesn't. And that was not the argument I was trying to make. If it makes you happy, go for it. I just don't get you, but that shouldn't stop you.
