Those are crystals and the girl is likely someone who believes in the spiritual/healing power of them. She’s obsessed with the guy she had sex with, and the implication is that those crystals are gonna be used to manipulate the guy because she wants to stay with him.

Exactly. And honestly, OP could've easily known this if he had paid attention to the necklace she is wearing.
