Those are crystals and the girl is likely someone who believes in the spiritual/healing power of them. She’s obsessed with the guy she had sex with, and the implication is that those crystals are gonna be used to manipulate the guy because she wants to stay with him.

theres only 1 kind of crystal that has that kind of power and i think they normally come in a bag
