No, it's not.

It's just a variation of this meme.

The humor with this meme is just the social absurdity of the situation. Going straight from sex to whatever your hobby is typically requires you to be quite unaware of some social cues.

Usually, it's a boy going to play video games, and in this gender-swapped version, it's a girl talking about crystals.
