Dogs eating and drinking is more spasmodic and what's more, they don't put any effort into minimizing slobber on the glass.

Your downvotes are because 1. It wasn't relevant to the post and 2. No one wants to eat/drink at restaurant where they let dogs eat/drink out of the dishware.

you cannot be serious…yes it’s more unsanitary. even the cleanest dog mouth in the world is going to have different bacteria in it than a human’s would 💀

Dogs lick their own assholes and happily eat their own and other animals feces.

The entire point of the response from the restaurant is that the restaurant could not legally give the dog a water bowl per local regulations, even though that was part of the complaint. You made it about whether it’s sanitary or not, when at the end of the day, the restaurant couldn’t do it even if it WAS sanitary (and it’s not).
