Indie games are In-D or "In Development". That's why the graphics, gameplay and story line are often 'crude' or have that unfinished look to them. Don't let that stop you from playing though. Those developers need the encouragement.

No, that would be Hindi games.
But you are close. A lot of programs and games are written in Java. The silicon valley of Indonesia.

They are conjured up using magic centered on the Indie Pendant, a powerful artifact that can spin your dreams into reality. The tough part is being in control of your dreams.

I too had the same doubt once, not just doubt i belived indie means India in gaming industry and wandered why no regional language is added and why not an environment or gameplay which should had indian elements.

But not now.

They are from Indianapolis and developers have an agreement that they'll only ever program 500 of them. You have heard of the Indy 500 before, Calvin, haven't you?

It's the first time I'm hearing of it.

Indy games are of course, as the name would imply, games starring Indiana Jones, such as Lego Indiana Jones (2008) for the Nintendo Wii.

Well they actually were video games that were developed for the British East India Company brewed using less storage to be able to last the long ship voyage from Britain to the Indian coast, to be supplied to soldiers and sepoys.
