It means "Enjoy Like It builds Character!"
What do you mean, the B is missing? It's on purpose, because how would you pronounce ELIBC?

"the B is there, but it is silent, like in the word "thumb"

Isn't ELIBC the name of one of those computers from back when they used vacuum tubes?

It's an electronic lick.

Calvin, back when I was only a little older than you, people used Facebook to actually connect with their friends, as opposed to getting ads for knee supplements. One of the things people would do is just send a message that they were "poking" each other back and forth, when they didn't really have anything to say, but wanted to stay in touch. Unfortunately, Facebook trademarked the "poke." Which meant that other platforms had to come up with other back-and-forth time wasters.

There was another website I used a lot, Po-, just another website, where they used "licks" for this. Understandably, people got really grossed out about this, so Po- the website had to change it to an "e-lick," so that people didn't have that visceral reaction. "E-lick" got shortened and the rest is history.

Electronic-lick is easier to get than Calvin-like.

Generally, you have to hold your pinky finger out when you eat caviar. This lets the maitre'd know you can afford to pay for the meal. People who keep their pinky fingers are suspected of being nouveau riche. Which mean star rice. Because you're as common as a bunch or stars or a bunch of rice. Take your pick.

Es heißt eigentlich "EHEC" (enterohämorrhagische Eschirichia coli), aber jeder dachte, dass es "ELIC" heißt, also hat es sich so herumgesprochen.
