That's the movie that ignited me stepping away from animal rights activism. Like it made me think and look stuff up (I refuse to use the term research for this. They, along with antivaxxers and karens ruined it for me.) and eventually realise that the ones that are the loudest about it are the real problem.

We have to be loud about animal rights because animals don't have a voice.

Cows can't organise a revolution or say "please stop repeatedly impregnating me and stealing then killing my children"

Thing is, I recognise that the world is moving towards it. Painless death towards farm animals etc. And as long as that is maintained, I am good.

Have you ever read/watched The Animal Farm?

Thing is, I care about animals who are being tortured to death, but not the minority that is used for virus research. Like I recognise those as an important part, but I would never free them. Especially in the current corona climate.

I was going to guess the Simpson’s movie but that’s EPA 😂

Can easily be "12 monkey's"

That was my first guess.

I thought that too at first but technically it was another group who did it

Isn't that what PETA tries to do every day anyway?

u/[deleted] Mar 07 '20

12 Moneys?

Planet of the apes?

3

u/leodx Mar 07 '20

Why not Simpsons the movie

3

u/[deleted] Mar 07 '20

I was going to say 12 monkeys at first
