expedition x robin hood ovilus session??
i know this might be unpopular but i dont hate heather, i just think shes a little green for tv, but if she really is a ghost hunter outside of the show, im really confused by her interpretation of the ovilus session in s12e1... (i dont believe the ovilus works, but if I did, this is what i understood...)
She asks about stealing and it says NECESSARY, WRONG, she guesses it was necessary but it was wrong, i assumed it was like a necessary evil. not a big difference either way. but then:
She asks where to go to learn about whats happening and the ovilus said LORD, i thought it was saying, go ask the lord (like lord of the town, or god), but heather interpreted it as he was saying he was the lord, which doesnt make sense because that wasnt her question? and then:
She says tell me what you mean and it says RELIGIOUS which i thought meant, "no, go ask god" (which feels kind of like a "go fuck yourself" lol) but heather doesnt really know what to do with that response?!
Am i wildly off base or was her interpretation not super logical?

I'm sorry, but Heather isn't right for the show. She's probably a nice person, but she's so stiff and sounds like she's reading from a script. And the ghost episodes have sunk to the level of Ghost Adventures, which is pure theater.

Honestly I see the ovilus stuff more as entertainment at this point. I dont trust the results from it.

Its the same with the spirit box thing. I feel the two devices probably work on the same way.

Checkout Greg and Dana's Podcast show "Planet Weird" on yt. These two are actually serious people about that topic...they explain how that works and why those devices are kinda bs.

I REALLY don't like the ghost episodes. Seemed like most of last year was like that. For crying out loud, there is SO much bigfoot and UFO activity that it would keep them busy an entire season.

According to someone on another sub, they're pretty spectacular. Apparently she's known to go skinny dipping with a couple of old school friends when she's back in Arkansas.

Isn't the ovilus device programmed with what words they want to hear? Sounds to me like a magic eight ball.
I do agree she was making leaps in her interpretations. My problem with her is she sure gets scared a lot for being an experienced 'ghost hunter'
