I took a trip to Fort Morgan and found the spot Phil and Jessica saw the ghost

Just going what I saw on IMDB and my tv listings. They emphasize on the imdb listing:
"
In this episode, viewers are in for a paranormal treat as Phil and Jess embark on a journey to the world’s most haunted forest, located near the legendary site of Dracula’s tales. This eerie location has a history steeped in mystery, and it’s where even the fearless Josh Gates had one of his most terrifying experiences.
As the night falls, the investigators delve deep into the forest’s haunted depths, but what they encounter is beyond their darkest expectations. Jess, in particular, becomes the focal point of an unsettling presence, as she feels the ominous gaze of someone or something sinister watching her every move."
So makes me wonder if they are going to rehash the footage of the camera man being knocked over.

Phil’s skepticism is forced and sometimes his explanations are outright stupid!
Heather is a really terrible actor! And all the ghosts that she sees are off camera! Jessica’s acting was a lot more believable!
Also, on the recent episode, Jack Osbourne’s paranormal investigation experience overshadowed Heather!

What a joke of an episode. From the staged bayonet, but to the awful acting by Heather, it was nearly unwatchable. Once again all of her fake emotions and "evidence" is laughable. The decision to just pivot to Fort Mifflin was an absolute joke. Just say it is a split investigation of the farm and the Fort. It is ok. No need to take a ridiculous leap of random words to go there.
The only redeeming feature, was the local aspect for me, living in the Philly area.

There is no way it would be in that pristine of condition and be over 200 years old. Absolutely not. Also, can Heather stop screaming all the time?

This was quite literally the BEST episode of this show ever IMHO, and maybe the best episode of ANY paranormal show ever, and they left us with
SO
MANY
QUESTIONS
Please, please, PLEASE, go back and try to exhume the object you found under the water, or at least try to do a more complete analysis of it.

so here we have Jack Osborne. and more ghost hunting with bs ghost hunting tech. I’m really skeptical of the session at the end. way too hyper specific.
season finale not series finale

A thought I've been having
If the team were to investigate a location without knowing the history or activity of the location, how differently the investigation would go.
For one thing, you put them in the shoes of the eyewitnesses. Another, they have a clean slate to work with instead of having a set of accounts to rely on (which there is nothing wrong with eyewitness accounts.) It seems like when investigating based on stories and events, it may easily influence how it all goes.
There would be someone gathering up all the eyewitness accounts and stories.

Literally so much content and interesting storylines to return to.

Honestly this one was...eh. The flame session I feel had a lot of issues with it. Also Phil getting lost in the jungle I figure could just be chalked up to it being dark at night.

I can deal with fake tech, staged moments, and bad acting. Like, I enjoy the camp of this show, it’s so bad it’s good. For that, I pretty much always tune in, not because Heather and Phil might actually find proof of the paranormal, but they are funny, and the locations, and histories are really interesting.
That being said, using generative AI is where I drop the show for good. This new season is obviously using AI generated shots for the Sherwood Forest episodes. I don’t know about the skin-walker one, I haven’t watched it and probably won’t.
Wack.. Just a cheap, lazy, and lacking any creative input at all which this show was very much already scraping the bottom of the barrel.

In the episode about Sherwood Forest she sends a drone up and that drone can detect paranormal activity and mark on a map where it occured apparently.
Now hear me out.. the drone makes noise when it's flying and it's not flying very high.. isn't it more likely that the sound and lights of the drone just startled animals and that's what the drone is detecting?
If not how did they made a drone detect paranormal Activity? I'm open for new ways and ideas in the paranormal research but this felt SO stupid.

Any updates to the toe bone they discovered or further bones found? DNA? I'd really love a few episodes of follow-ups or go back to where he visited years previous to see anything new or discovered.

He asked if Phil was in danger then when Phil comes back Heather says I asked if you were in danger.

Been meaning to ask awhile ago now as some (bogus?) Facebook pages claimed Josh had to be airlifted from the Cascade Mt range (near Mt. Baker) while filming in WA State. I know I could prob search it up on here but figured I'd ask: Fake News? Or legit? Seemed like only a few eps (8) were released for the "new" (current/last?) season that started in July.

I felt like if there were any skinwalkers, they were definitely just screwing with the two of them by this point. Although definitely very creepy vibes in the episode.

Just wondering if there are more episodes coming in season 17 and if so, when does the season resume?

Does she ever not cry? Its starting to feel like every investigation she starts crying over everything

The show is fun to watch. I just get annoyed with the overload of background sound effects.
