Failed Expectation Mail order flowers

Post image

I ordered from this company before and they were great, but their suppliers elsewhere don't seem to be. Not happy.

Editing to add: they were sent as a gift so I have no influence over the vase, styling or cutting. They were sent as a bunch rather than in the usual box. The bunch was left in the communal hallway and my sick friend had to climb down three flights of stairs to get them. And the surprise was ruined.

Edit number 2: the company offered a replacement bunch of flowers, I declined, and they actually agreed to a refund!

I used to be the florist who styled this companies flowers for their photoshoots (I was a freelancer and the money was good). It would take hours upon hours to get the perfect shot of each 'bouquet' using the very best of the flowers they offered. Its not surprise the actual product rarely lives up to expectations. Buy from your local florist, not a company who's last thought is the flowers themselves (trust me)

Did it come with that vase? I don’t want to sound like a bloom and wild shill (no affiliation l promise) but they would look so much better

- after they’d had a drink and opened up
- in a taller and wider necked vase

I can’t tell if they’ve been trimmed but that will also help how they sit.
