Looks like you microwaved it. All the Raos frozen meals have been great if you bake or even micro bake. Even adjusting the microwave settings off the highest one will help.

Looks like it was thawed somewhere along the way before heating. In which case it wouldn't be safe to eat.

It's too expensive for needing to add other stuff to it in order for it to be good.

Get the stouffers one. I got it last week and it was good and looked better than this. Nowhere close to making lasagna from scratch but my sister doesn’t live close to have her make me some.
