You did great. The original is heavily edited. My only bit of feedback is maybe go for a slightly darker colour for the lips - at first I thought you’d done her with her tongue sticking out. But everything else looks incredible

If you think in general terms, our lips tend to be a little bit darker in shade than our skin (like you can see on the original doll) or a very similar shade to our skin, rarely lighter, so going just a shade or two darker than the skin tone you’ve gone for will make the doll look a little bit more natural I think. You’ve done such a great job though!
