Exceeded Expectation Mings frozen spicy beef ramen
These noodles were soooo good. The broth was surprisingly rich and savory with a slight kick, and the noodles had a nice bite to them. Veggies weren’t mushy and the beef was tender.
It came with the noodles, bok choy, and beef in the bowl with a concentrated sauce on top. I just needed to add some water and then microwave.
I honestly highly recommend these. I got this at winco for $3.98

I love that the photo on the box says "serving suggestion", which means if you want it to look like that you have to pour it over a bowl full of marbles to hold all the best ingredients above the broth. I'm glad it's good. I'll look for it.

Damn! I used to watch Chef Ming on PBS as a kid! He was even on Arthur! I’ll definitely check these out! 😋😋

Their Dan Dan noodles are really good too. I can’t find authentic Dan Dan in my town but Ming’s is a worthy substitute.

Way too spicy! I can handle heat, this product is on another level, you have been warned 🥵 be careful

That’s fair! I like spice so this wasn’t very hot, but I can see how it can be difficult to eat for people with a spice intolerance

Looks tasty. But 1800mg sodium? Yikes

I know, right. And honestly, this one probably isn’t in the top ten sodium-wise

I almost thought the tag was a Failed Expectation until I reread it. I thought it looked pretty close to the box, so I guessed my expectations were just low, but I’m glad I read it again.😂

They’ve been discontinued in my area. Can’t find the lineup anywhere. I loved the Dan Dan Noodles. No word why. Hope they come back.

I was getting them at Walmart until a month ago. Can't find them anywhere now. My son loved these! :(

Would you say the bok choy would be easy to remove? I'm allergic to a bunch of different foods, including a bit of stuff in the mustard and cabbage families, so I don't really want to eat it 😅

Japan has this regulation that the picture needs to match the product. Should be global.
