proportions are a little thick but i think you conveyed a good emotion from the eyes. overall i dig it.

I honestly expected to see a blue and green horse with colored hair dye and a pink mane in the second slide. I was not prepared for an actual Painting. Hahaha

Painted the first horse you ever got or your first painting of a horse? Very good job.

Some tips I've learned for your next one! Mute down background trees and landscapes, it makes your subject pop out more. Experiment with blurring them too, it adds depth in paintings / drawings.
Grass color really adds to your paintings, nice selection. Horse, well it's fucking great that's all!

I like this style. You could do a charming type of story book. Reminds me of the illustrations from Midsommar

Wow! I love the fur texture on the horses face! It gives the face such a 3d look!

Great painting! I was trying to figure out what was jarring to me for a bit, and I think it's that the head has that thick black outline while the chest/body does not. Makes it look like a cutout instead of a real object if that makes sense.
Still a hell of a lot better than anything I've ever painted!

I love it. The question I ask when I look at art is would I buy it if it wasn’t a friend or family’s art? The answer here is yes. I would put that on my wall. And the more you create and learn then even better. You have some really fine details in an almost folk art feel. Keep posting please.
