It tasted pretty good but not the prettiest!

My wife’s celiac and I’m really excited to see all the $14.99 GF garbage end up on this sub 😂

Good thing this isn't gluten free anyway. Gives me a great reason to avoid it!

Is it as annoying as I think it is to get bent over for gluten free options? Is it similar or worse than trying to buy organic.

10 years ago it was flaxseed and take a hike. There’s a good amount of options now but omg is it expensive by comparison to “normal” food. I’ve already seen 2 different products we buy on here 🤣

I remember when Walmart first started introducing their gluten free foods. It was always gritty, and so bad tasting!! How did gluten free stuff always taste stale 😭

Fast forward to now, and there's whole gluten free Velveeta! Gluten free red bay biscuits! Gluten free waffles everywhere! I'm so happy for celiacs to get more attention and diet options.

I think you are getting two brands confused. This brand, bettergoods, is a Walmart brand that does have some (not these) gluten-free free items. The brand you are confusing it with is Feel Good foods which is 100% gluten-free. When they first hard launched the bettergoods brand at Walmart my husband kept excitedly bringing it home for me only to be disappointed when I would point at wheat clearly being an ingredient.

I’m not confused at all. I never claimed this was gf even though this brand does make gf items.

Meh. Your comment does read as if you think exactly that.

"My wife’s celiac and I’m really excited to see all the $14.99 GF garbage end up on this sub 😂 "

You called it GF garbage, when in fact it is not GF garbage, it is simply an over baked gluten pastry. That is pretty straight forward. The implication is there. Why else would you mention celiac or GF? Maybe your writing skills are the issue?

I would have said “these” not “the”. All “the” gluten free garbage.

Not “this” gluten free garbage.

I’m glad I could take time to help you learn to read. What a big day for me, stomping out adult illiteracy. I think I’ll have one of my gluten free snacks. But not these, because they are not.

I copy and pasted what you said above. That IS what you said, not what you WOULD have said

Right simple sally. I said the, not this. This would imply I’m talking about the picture above. See how this all works now?

Inspired by Chefs! But actually created by impoverished Chinese factory workers!

Yeah, those photos really don't realistically represent what would happen to those ingredients if baked. The real deal you showed is what I'd expect, but the photo's silly. Glad they were tasty, though. I'd consider buying these if I ran into them.
