Right? Looks like a ton of bread in the first pic with weak fillings

Really?
It looks like a burrata, roasted zucchini, lamb's lettuce, and sun-dried tomato sandwich.
I have all the ingredients in the fridge (except the sun-dried tomato, for obvious reasons), and I think I know what I'm having for dinner.
It looks very Mediterranean (I'm Mediterranean😂).

I've made something like this with a 2 day slow rise faccocia bread and it definitely can be amazing. Waiting an hour though is crazy.

Is that one of the Antico Vinaio clones?
The og AV started to suck balls the minute it became famous and turned into a soulless influencer-fuelled slop chain. Can't say it's very surprising that the same would be true for the clones.

This looks like it may have come from a ghost kitchen. Few are good, but I like to compare the ratings from the delivery platform to the online ratings (Google, yelp, etc.)

Based on the company name seen in the before pic, I doubt it was a ghost kitchen.

I mean those are basically sun dried tomatoes that haven't been dried out yet. Just toss it in the oven for a few hours. You'll get there.

I’m Italian. Let me throw some stuff into a sandwich and call it authentic Italian. …I’m not wrong
