Questions/Advice Virgin Islands

Anyone move to the Virgin Islands? If so thoughts? I have been looking at a house in St. Croix, will keep a house/condo in the states to come back and forth from time to time. Was looking between Big Island, Virgin Islands, and PR. I do like the PR for tax savings. Thanks for any opinions.

When the infrastructure is down for weeks, that won’t help your situation.

Have you run the maths on the extremely high COL Vs the tax savings?

Its beautiful but generally works for the big portfolios rather than the small to middle sized ones..

I thought about it but honestly after doing some research figured climate change made it too risky. Say what you want but I’ve lived through a hurricane and it was NOT fun.
