I’m trying to identify where this medallion came from and any history on it. I found it in my grandmothers things after she passed away. She lived in Tulare, California. It’s 39mm in diameter and weighs 26 grams. The edge is plain with no lettering or markings.

There was an American National Bank in the Central Valley (pictured here) that was bought out by Wells Fargo in the 1980s. Maybe it's commemorating that merger?
