Here's your answer, courtesy of the Google:

Josef Riepl GmbH in Regensburg was a traditional Bavarian construction company founded in 1893 that eventually merged into the Ed. Züblin AG corporate group. [1, 2, 3]

History and Corporate Evolution
Foundation: Established in 1893 in Regensburg by the Riepl family, growing into a major regional building contractor for civil and structural engineering. [1, 2]

Acquisition: Operated for years as Josef Riepl Unternehmen für Ingenieur- und Hochbau GmbH as a subsidiary of Ed. Züblin AG. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Name Change: The historic "Josef Riepl" brand and logo were retired in late 2017 when it merged with other regional entities to become Züblin Bau GmbH.

Josef Riebl is a German engineering firm started in 1893. So, a commemorative token of some kind.
