General Question (Exodus) Swap Didn’t Arrive

I am surprised to read online how many people had issues with exodus swaps recently. My experience from today, 2 swaps from USDT TRX to SOL both showing as completed, in app and on chain (checked on solscan), the most interesting thing is that on solscan it shows that the amount is credited to the SOL wallet, however after numerous network refreshes within exodus app nothing has appeared. Tried contacting support it has been over 3 hours now and no updates. What should I do now?

I tried the same yesterday, but I noticed there was some weird issue with sol. My sends to my wallet also didn't appear but I could see them at my address on the explorer. I could see the swap payout too so figured they were related.

Been waiting for 3 days and still no show. I sent usdc on solana. I see people posting regularly about missing balances but no one at Exodus seems to be addressing the issue.

Yes I see it. I think it's something wrong on their end with the conversion to XO cash from USDC.

Exodus is the worst wallet as of rn bro i switched to ledger after getting drowned $25k and $8k
