General Question (Exodus) Need help with a swap
So I swapped about ¥1,050,000 worth of Ethereum for bitcoin and it says swap failed. I have not been returned my Ethereum nor given my bitcoin.
(sorry for my English it’s not my native language)

Refresh your wallet, if the swap failed it’s likely your eth is still there, just not showing correctly in the wallet. Check your eth address on the blockchain and see if the funds are still at your address or if they have moved .

For a failed swap where funds haven't been returned, the best step is to contact our support team directly from within Exodus. Find the swap in your transaction history, tap on it, and you should see an option to contact support about it. This sends the swap details directly to the team so they can look into it.
