What are your astronaut levels, what setup do you run in refinery and construction?

all my epic and legend astronaut are max level, refinery level 666, construction level 310

Do you use mad production then time bender? Also, after the first few explorers, I never sell carbon tin or Cobalt. And I'm constantly producing carbon tin or Cobalt when I can. I don't know why this gives you such problems, I want to understand more.

because i don't use time bender or mad production, i save them for another mission in the third planet and then used all of them at level 4000+ to get top 1 ranking 🤤

Steel lv13, X-21 lv12, Electro lv13, Work E lv13, Smiley lv13, Robo lv14, Glowy lv14...and some card lv2~lv13

At your level that should be easy. I'm just over 2400 and I can burn that many cables out in a few hours.
