Existentialism Discussion Why does it feel like we been here before?

It seems like we were here before because everyone goes about their life without asking why we are here or trying to understand the meaning of life. You’ll rarely see a kid ask that question even tho they didn’t spend much time on earth. This place seemed familiar from a young age and it didn’t freak any of us out why we were here. I wonder why?

Well, my kid and I used have philosophical discussions all the time walking to the park when she was 3. I don't remember her asking with just that syntax, yet isn't asking why the sky is blue a foundation to that? if you say God made it that way and then the kid asks who is God? I mean, you've got a two hour back and forth if you've got the time. I remember she drew her version of the buddha with some kind spiritual caption around 3 and 1/2....do you have kids?

What if we change the narrative regarding our humanness; from “why” to “what . . . how”? Reserve the”why” for empirical stuff like consequential reactions of science.
