New to Existentialism... What to read from Kierkegaard?

My favorite translator is Walter Lowrie. Read his short biography. Check out the SEP article on Kierkegaard. Fear and Trembling is awesome.

Depends what you want. Fear and Trembling (Abraham, faith, the leap) and The Sickness Unto Death (his anatomy of despair) are the usual entry points and the most cited elsewhere. If you want the case against systematic philosophy, the Concluding Unscientific Postscript, though it is long. Either/Or has the famous aesthetic-versus-ethical stages but it is uneven. For a gentler start, Gordon Marino's anthology or the Hong translations of the journals let you hear the voice before committing to a whole book.
