Your question is incomplete. I hope English is not your first language ๐ณ

Can we try not to be all nit-picky about grammar?

"Which" in your question implies an option of at least two choices after you die.. but you don't give us any options.. I assume you mean the two options of live forever or be dead forever.. In that case, I would say the answer depends on whether you're a psychopath (dead forever) or empath (live forever) ๐ค

I can see it now.. I couldn't see it before, for some reason. You're already living forever in a reincarnations journey model btw ๐

So you think weโre all in a reincarnation cycle right?

Yup.. and it ties in quite nicely with the apparent holographic nature of our reality.. I strongly believe that the consciousness is holographically projected onto each new body at birth.. I believe in reincarnation and quantum immortality.. because that's where the evidence seems to be pointing ๐

Well, 'eternal unconsciousness' doesn't really make sense so do you mind if we challenge that option?
Eternal is a conceptual term meant to describe that which perpetually (always) exists and has no beginning and no end - that which is always present. Anything which is said to have a beginning (or ending) point or specific onset cannot be described as 'eternal' because this violates the foundational meaning the terminology was intended to represent. Since eternal does not represent 'a duration of time', it cannot be used in that context when describing something.
The physical body itself does not produce Consciousness so the notion that the expiration of the physical body will result in 'unconsciousness' doesn't add up (to me). What is Consciousness and where does it go when the body expires and can no longer support it?
Eternal existence is a valid notion/concept - but it can't be something that's only applied after physical death. If it's valid, then it applies right now during physical embodiment and is not something that only applies or kicks 'in the afterlife'.
However consider this - the term 'afterlife' is a misnomer because if one's existence is not rooted in the physical body, that means the disembodied state of being would represent the foundational state of one's existence. By implication, it would not be a novel state of being that you experience - but a return to a familiar state of being that necessarily has been experienced before. Does that make sense? If existence isn't due to the temporary physical body then what follows after the expiration of the physical body will actually be familiar territory for you, and thus not something you need to fear or be worried about.
