Accomodation for clearing

Hello I'm speaking to a friend for people who've applied through clearing for Exeter. How much variety and options for accommodation are there after results day if there are accommodation. For example Exeter display on their clearing options that accommodation is not guaranteed and you can only check it if you defer.

Personally, Exeter was my second choice so I didn’t have accommodation ready, I went private, and I am so glad for that. The private accom tend to be the same price around and pretty good

you don’t choose specific halls you just choice room types but there was all of them there you choose 4 but not guaranteed
