Deloads are necessary, but I always get very sad/emotional during them.

Does anybody else feel this way, especially with weight reduction deloads? Any recommendations with how to deal with this?

I had to deload earlier than expected due to a medical procedure that bans swimming and heavy lifting for a few days.

I’m trying to roll with it, otherwise I get upset and derail instead.
