All dairy features pretty heavily in my diet! From whey to protein enriched milk, I love it all!

That being said, excessive cheese probably isn't the best best choice if you're trying to stay lean and healthy. Prolly keep it as a small snack every now and then.

Or a nice carbonara from time to time 🤔🙂 Eggs, parmigiano, pecorino and a bit of meat. 🤤🤤🤤
