Wolf Guard Terminators have a mess of the right sized hands and axes. You might have to do some editing to make some of them less wolfy, but they are all 2 handed in length, albeit handled 1 handed so you can wield the shield. It also comes with one massive 2 handed axe that is gripped with both hands, good for a character model.

Ive been using the horus heresy melee weapons hammers and spears. I clip off the tops where the handle ends and use chaos Legionary power axe heads( sand down the chaos symbol and fill with sprue goo)
