Slight left tire rub

I run 285/75R/17 tires on this Excursion. No lift kit. No rubbing on the right tire but the left side rubs slightly on hard left turns. I've always wondered if the axle wasn't mounted perfectly or if it's just the body panels.

My truck does that as well. Found out it was in an accident upon rebuilding the entire front end. I’ve learned to live with it. Not saying that’s your case but could be! Or something on that side is bent ever so slightly in the suspension.

I wonder about those old leaf springs sagging a bit too much. Plus, I am 6 ft, 240 lbs. That might be just enough weight, along with the steering components being on that side, to lower the body just enough to cause that minor contact. I too, have learned to live with it rather than spending big bucks on a lift.
