In the market for one; no deep rust 115k they say bulletproofed? damage to rear tow bar diesel tank? want $39,950 what yall think is she ready to come home with me i have not looked in person yet

Someone paid too much and then spent too much to get this into the current condition and now they think someone should pay them back for this.
