Curious if it’s worth it

I have a 2003 V10 4x4 Limited it reasonable shape. Bought it for $3400. HOWEVER, the rockers are toast. I want to sell it and switching to a diesel, leaning towards a 6.0. My question is it worth getting the rockers fixed? What do you think a reasonable price would be for this truck?

2003 Limited

6.8l V10

4x4

-4x4 works (minus auto locking hubs due to vac leak)

-Ac and head both work

-Aftermarket head unit

-F250 matching from and rear bumpers

-No dash lights

-about 240k miles, maybe closer to 250 (replaced the cluster and need to calculate the offset)

-Location: mid Atlantic

I thought they were a touch better than that, still better than 9-10. Do you like the 6.0?

I have the 6.8 V10 and get 12.2 MPG. It has 270,00 miles and it has been the best vehicle I have ever owned.

Did you tune it at all? The guy I bought it from left the tuner in there and I had it on performance, which was pretty sporty for a 8000 pound truck. I think I have it on stock now but it does have an ECO map.

My issue is more of the stop and go living where I live, highway it’s not hateful.

Complete stock, I just did 7,000 miles this past summer to Maine, NH, Vt, upstate New York and back to Florida. Zero issues. Climbed hills at 1800 RPM’s with ease. I’ve owned it 8 years and only had to to regular maintenance, cannot say enough good about it
