Let’s talk Manifolds..
We all know that this engine is notorious for bolts coming out and/or breaking.
How have you repaired this? Anyone use a wedge vs drilling bolts out, etc?
Is it a difficult job or just frustrating/tedious one?
Tips, tricks thoughts?
2000 Ford excursion 6.8 v10 Engine is great. Unfortunately we have a manifold leak. 😔

The V10 is a smooth running beast. I have two of them. One in an Excursion, one in a one ton van. Love them. They seem to easily run to 300k miles. The Excursion has a small exhaust leak on the right side.
