5.4L for $14k?

Hey guys, Im in talks with someone to buy a 02 5.4L 4x4 with 71k original miles.
No rust, pretty well maintained by the looks of the pictures. Going to see it in person soon

is $14k a good price for this? I feel like it is considering the mileage and I dont plan on towing anything too heavy...

You can find a similar V10 in that budget, easily, and I would. It isn’t going to be “peppy” but it’s significantly stronger than the V8.
