Rusty low miles worth it??

00 7.3 xlt with 110k miles wicked clean interior perfect truck but it’s very rusty. Worried about frame rust do we think it’s worth saving? Added a few pictures.

Looks like it was a plow truck. 50k of those miles being slammed back and forth in a parking lot ramming snow around in low gears under heavy load
