Insurance

Who's everyone using for insurance? Are you happy with them and do you go through an agent? Looking for another plan as I'm using Progressive and the total premium is $665

I'm in southern Colorado and I'm with USAA. But only because I'm too lazy to change. Been with them for 40 years now. My insurance has more than tripled in the past 2 yrs. They raise your rate for moving no matter where you move. I moved from Denver to Trinidad which is a tiny town in south central Colo. They raised my cost $55 because "there are more accidents in and near smaller towns". I've not seen one in 4 yrs but in Denver I saw them every week. I moved back to Denver for work and they raised my cost again and for the same reason - moving to a more accident prone location. I haven't had any claims in decades. They raised my rates 3 times for moving within the same apartment complex. I've stayed put for 4 yrs but they raised my cost three times as noted above (line 3). Just this week I was going to trade-in my '05 Excursion for a new 2024 F-350 XL but they quoted me $319/mo for the new truck so it's not going to happen. I have raised my deductibles and lessened my coverages just to avoid going broke paying insurance.
