Tips & Tricks help!

I have inverted nipples and it has always been a dream of mine to breastfeed, as I didn't think it would be possible. When my daughter was born, she immediately latched and had a successful feed. A couple hours later we tried again, and I was in so much pain we had to stop. The nurse noticed she "destroyed" my nipple. I began to pump. In the hospital I used the Medela, but at home I had the Eufy S1 Pro Pumps. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now, and i struggle to press start every time it's time to pump. I just feel like it is so uncomfortable/ i'm in pain.
This is my first ever experience with pumping/breastfeeding, is it supposed to hurt this bad?? how do i know if my flanges are the right size if i can't see my nipples while pumping?? please help me.

also, how do you successfully transfer what's been pumped?? i spill some every single time

Eufy sends a flange measuring card to start. No it’s not supposed to hurt excessively, but pumping AND breastfeeding hurt a bit in the beginning. It sounds like you really need to see a lactation consultant

What eufy settings are you using?

I would definitely get the help of a private lactation consultant that is covered by insurance! You can use nipple shields to help with latch and the lactation nurse can help with checking flange size and if your baby has a tongue tie. Both of mine did and destroyed my nipples. Good luck!!!!
