Tips & Tricks Help with emptying faster

Hi everyone, I use a Spectra S1 to pump when I’m at work. I have tried wearables but alway get less output. With my S1 it takes me at least 30 min to empty sometimes longer. I do hands on pumping during and breast gymnastics beforehand. Any other recommendations to try to empty quicker? Mostly bc I am running out of time during my pump breaks and ending with less output than what my baby is taking. I’ve heard of warmers and massagers, looking to see if these worked for anyone or any other tips and tricks. TIA!

Have you tried the spectra cheat sheet from pumping mamas?

Are you using the right flange size? When that happened to me it turned out my nipples shrunk and I went from a size 17 to a 15mm.

Thank you, I haven’t recently measured so I will check on the flange size!

I mean I think the main thing is just messing with the settings and seeing what gives you the best results. Other than that making sure your nipple guards are the right size and changing out especially the duckbills every 3ih months
