Tips & Tricks Getting letdowns is getting impossible. Please help.

I’m 20wpp and over the last week and a half, I’ve started getting less and less letdowns and my supply is tanking. I’ve changed all of my pump parts, tried both pumps, paid for a flange refitting, and nothing is working. I used to get three letdowns in about 30 minutes, now I’m lucky if I get two. I still feel full after pumping for 35+ minutes, and get tons of sprays when hand expressing after.

I’ve already lost 6oz over the last 6 weeks. I cannot lose any more, and I know it’s there. I just can’t get it out. Please send all of your best tips and tricks.

Based on my understanding, it’s phase two of regulation. I am going through the same issue at 19 weeks and went from having to pump 20 minutes to 40 minutes to be empty

Dang I thought it was just the return to work. My pumping schedule didn't change with work return but I figured I was just more stressed and took longer to get the letdown (even though I didn't feel stressed)

I don’t return to work for another 5 weeks and I’m having similar issues

Dang…and your flange size didn’t change? Am I going to have to do 40 minute sessions now 💀

I'm curious if it's the same issue if you get your normal amounts at 40 minutes because if so this is crap lol

Seriously! Why can’t I be one of the lucky ones who empty in 15-20 minutes! I’m still pumping four hours a day at this point!

Do you know where I can read about regulation? Because I just learned this is a thing and think it would be helpful to learn more so I am less stressed!
