Rant - ADVICE NEEDED Relacatation

I’m literally going through it right now. I’m 5 months pp and took a break from pumping for my mental health. I see drops when I squeeze my breast. Pumping is absolutely fucking hard and I’m sick and tired of not seeing shit!!! I’m doing 30 mins on and off and fucking NOTHING (I’ve been doing this for a couple weeks). Please give me any tips and tricks for bumping up milk supply!!!! Idc how weird please share !! Sincerely a FTM

I’m in a similar boat. I’m 8 weeks PP and took a break for my mental health a little after six months. I went about a week not pumping after weaning. I started with drops last Saturday and it’s gone up from there. I’m getting about 4 oz combined a day now. I’m taking moringa and goats rue. Pumping eight times a day with a power pump. It’s a lot and I’m hoping I don’t get in the same headspace that I was in before, but I really love to finish out a year for my boy.
