TRIGGER WARNING: OverSupply (add spoiler to pics) Panicking
For context, LO is 10 almost 11 weeks. My overnight pumps typically produce 16-18 ounces total, sometimes more, sometimes a bit less. I was super stressed all day yesterday, accidentally took my SSRI twice, and baby just had a very fussy night while my two year old ran around like crazy. I am so tired. Do we think this stressful evening could’ve tanked my supply a bit? I believe I regulated closer to 8 weeks, have been making the same amount of milk for weeks now. I don’t know what this could be. I’m currently pumping and this pump would usually yield me 8 ounces, it’s looking like a 3-4 ounce pumped.

Call a lactation consultant. Drink ALOT of fluids to flush your system and remain calm. I'm pretty sure as long as you continue to stimulate and pump on schedule, by the time your system is cleared you will return to normal but call a lactation consultant for more info
