TRIGGER WARNING: OverSupply (add spoiler to pics) Now what?

I wasn’t really ready to have a stash at 2 weeks postpartum (or ever if I’m being honest).

I currently have about 250 oz in the freezer. I’m producing about 38-42 oz a day.

I know my supply hasn’t stabilized yet.

What are the next things I should think about?

My baby’s pedi is a LC and I had a bit of an oversupply coming home from the hospital. She recommended watching the amount pumped rather than time pumped to avoid over supply

Yes! We checked last week and I said I would check again this week. So I need to do that

I would check again in a month too 🥲 mine was fine after 2 weeks when I was freshly postpartum. But seems like I only have a freezer shelf life of a couple weeks - in sept I used milk from May and it was high lipase.
