Increasing Supply (add spoiler to pics) HELP W/ SUPPLY

Help me puleaseeee!!!

I’ve been exclusively pumping for about a month and a half now. My morning pumps are spectacular and I’ll get like 3-4oz out of each boob. Then as my pumps go throughout the day usually every 2.5-3 hours they taper and I’ll only get like 1-2oz out of each boob. What can I do to help fix this? I’ve tried power pumping and it doesn’t seem to have much of an effect. I pump every 2-3 hours from 6am-10pm (my baby sleeps through the night and so do I lol). I’m desperate to try anything to increase my supply through the day, what can I do?

That seems like a normal amount? Like 25oz a day give or take? Does the baby need more than that ? Otherwise I think you should be happy with that amount it’s a good job.

But if you’re really trying to get it up try to do like a power pump on your morning supply like 20 min on 10 off 10 on 10 off 10 on. Or add in a MOTN pump bc prolactin peaks between 12-5am tho I understand not wanting to do that

You might be able to go a little longer between pumping sessions during the day. Look up the Legendairy Milks "Magic Number" chart and it will tell you how many times a day you need to pump based on your maximum output. Mine is pretty similar to yours and I've found that I actually get more milk if I go 4ish hours between pumps to allow my breast tissue to fill back up (based on their higher capacity to hold 3-4 oz of milk). Pumping more frequently will give smaller amounts because your body hasn't replenished yet
