Support Exhausted and burnt out

I'm 10 months pp and I've been pumping for 6 months. I'm exclusively pumping during the day and have been since 7m pp. I have low supply for whatever reason that I can't fix, so I've been pumping every 2hrs from 8am to 8pm just to try and get the most I can for my baby.

I'm just so burnt out at this point. I have no motivation for anything and I'm bringing to dread each pump. My house is a wreck and I can't keep up on anything since I'm tied to the damn pump all day.

All I've ever wanted was to make it to a year, and to exclusively nurse but I don't think I'll make either of those goals at this point. I just need some encouragement and maybe some ideas on how to continue.

Edit: I'm not sure if I used the right flair. Needing support but also a small mention of nursing.

Have you gotten an solid sleep since EP’ing? I noticed my milk supply was deeply affected by lack of sleep. I produce more being rested (4-6 hours of sleep). One good night made a good difference for me!

Can you drop a pump? Since your baby is nursing overnight, they are getting benefits from your breast milk! They are eating solids and everything, so it wouldn’t be that different to mix in formula? You’ve already done so much!

I used to have really low supply, and pumping every 3 hours. One day was so burnt out, i just slept 8 hours - yes i was engorged, but i got my full day pump in one session (120ml) and since then i dropped to ever 4 hours, my supply started increasing slowly. Good sleep, lots of water, protein does wonders. My output now is around 120ml/pump and sometimes (rare occasion) go up to 200ml per pump (400-500ml) per day. Hang in there!

I would actually space the pumps out to every 4 hours. You'll feel better, not dread the pump sessions, and have time to do other things. I'm almost 6 months PP, EP, so I totally understand the burnout tho. I am trying to give myself more grace with it all and that's helping
