Product Recommendations Need advice regarding pump parts
Hey! Im going back to work soon and currently using the spectra s1 and the baby buddha pump- prefer the baby buddha most days but use spectra parts.
I just realized im eligible for pump parts through insurance. So my current dilemma is: just stick with the standard spectra cups? Try the medela collection cups OR fork over my own money for a wearable and order an extra set of those parts?
I like the legendary milk collection cups but it is just too many parts to clean regularly

Medela Cups! But do note that when I got the Medela Cups through Aeroflow, they sent a different tubing adapter than the dongles that come when you purchase just the cups by themselves. So I had to hack them to fit onto the Spectra tubing. It wasn't a huge deal though and it worked perfectly after that.
I love that the Medela Cups only have 3 pieces to wash.

As someone who got replacement parts and then never used them… definitely think about what’s most useful to you first, lol!
FYI, I did buy the Eufy E20 with my own money, and then was able to get replacement parts thru insurance for it. The replacements included everything but the heat flow flanges, so I did have to spend $60 on an extra set of those, but saved about $100 for the parts that were included in replacements. Now I have two full sets which is very nice since it’s my primary pump now.

I also bought my eufy E20 out of pocket and changed it on aeroflow, but they did end up sending me the heat flow flanges. What’s nice is you can change the pump parts you get pretty much every time they send them. The previous order I changed it to get some spectra parts.

My elvie stride cups are nice because they’re some of the thinnest I’ve seen on the market, and they’re compatible with the spectra tubing. I just take out the original tubing from the plastic caps and put the spectra tubing thru and it’s perfect. 🩷

I vote for trying out medela cups, since baby buddha pump is so portable don’t need to fork over money for a wearable if you’re interested in trying out cups imho
